Our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby"!

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by a certified fitness instructor with specialty training in the pre and post natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser.

Stroller Strides classes incorporate songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises to provide strength for motherhood. The first class is always free!

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture.

Body Back® is unlike anything else you've ever tried. This is a results-based program designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, with a mediation and accountability coaching in each class. In addition you get one on one coaching through the 8 week program. This program is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise.

You asked for it so we created it!

The results based nutritional coaching from Body Back in an online form. For the busy mama that can't make it to our 6am or 8pm classes join us for this online version of the nutritional coaching piece.

We'll go through this 8 week journey together touching base daily on food choices and work on disproving your WHY of your food choices so we can work towards changing them. Each week of our 8 weeks together you will get a new challenge to layer onto the previous weeks challenge so we can build on success and really make changes that will last a lifetime.

For all the mamas that have graduated from our full Body Back session Body Back Boost is a FABULOUS way to continue your intensity with the workouts.

Body Back Boost clients will continue to experience targeted high-intensity workouts, with a mediation and accountability coaching in each class.

Our Village is YOUR place to... Support. Connect. Empower. Make a difference.

Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled to offer all our local mamas a FREE way to get out and connect. Join us for:

- Weekly playgroups after our Wednesday Stroller Strides class. Even if you can't make it to class feel free to come to our playgroup! Just check our Facebook page to confirm where class is being held that week and meet us at 11am after class for some playtime!
